Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. seasoned flour
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can onion soup
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation
    Flour meat, then brown in shortening; drain fat.
    Add soup and ketchup.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add green pepper; continue to cook 15 to 20 minutes.
