Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    8 oz. thin spaghetti
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. cayenne or black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. half and half
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook pasta \"al dente\" according to package directions.
    As pasta cooks, heat 3 tablespoons butter in saucepan.
    Add flour. Cook, stirring, a few minutes.
    Add pepper and salt.
    Slowly stir in broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in half and half, chicken and 3/4 cup cheese.
