Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. raisins
1 c. dates
1 c. chopped nuts
3 1/2 c. plain flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
In medium bowl, combine oil, water, eggs and pumpkin. Stir until well mixed.
Mix dates, raisins and nuts in 1/2 cup flour, coating well. In a large bowl, combine flour and all other ingredients. Add liquid and stir just until well mixed.
Stir in nuts and dates. Put into pans.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
