Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed, cooked squash
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter in hot milk and pour over crumbs.
    Beat eggs.
    Add to squash, crumbs, milk and onion mixture.
    Bake in greased casserole dish in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
