Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
6 rounded tsp. instant coffee
2 c. vodka
3 tsp. pure vanilla

Preparation

Simmer the first 3 ingredients for 2 hours with cover slightly tipped.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add the vodka and vanilla.
