Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    grated Parmesan cheese
    salad or olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. frozen artichokes
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and roll in Parmesan cheese.
    Saute garlic in oil, then brown chicken in the oil.
    Place chicken in deep casserole.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and add to oil in which chicken was browned along with mushrooms and artichokes.
