White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 egg whites

Preparation

Mix water and sugar.
Cook until syrup strings like a hair on a fork.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Pour syrup slowly, while beating with mixer into egg whites.
Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
