Rosemary Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves pressed garlic
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 lb. chicken
2 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. black pepper
red potatoes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. In a bowl, combine oil, garlic and 1 teaspoon rosemary.
Using another bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary.
Place chicken, skin side up, in pan. Sprinkle with crumb mixture.
Place potatoes around chicken. Drizzle oil mixture over chicken and potatoes.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 375\u00b0.
Bake until potatoes are tender, 40 to 45 minutes.
