Aunt Verlia'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into uncooked pie shell.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 300\u00b0 and cook until a knife comes out clean when inserted into center.
Can be served with Cool Whip topping.
