Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 2 lb. pork
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put pork strips in crock-pot.
    Add pepper and onion in bowl. Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Add 1 cup pineapple juice, vinegar, water and soy sauce.
    Blend.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
    One hour before serving, add pineapple.
