Oven-Fried Kentucky Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 envelopes Lipton tomato Cup-a-Soup powder
    2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a double plastic food bag, combine these coating ingredients well.
    Shake mixture well.
    Spray two 9 x 12 x 2-inch pans with Pam.
    Run 16 pieces of chicken under cold water (two cut up fryers) in colander.
    Drain off excess water.
    Dredge pieces in flour mixture, one piece at a time and arrange skin side up on prepared pans.
    Melt 1/4 pound margarine.
    Apply in \"dabs\" with 1-inch wide pastry brush (drizzle does not work) until all margarine has been divided between chicken pieces.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown and tender.
