Shiitake Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 1 lb. shiitake mushrooms, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese, mashed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and saute another minute or two.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill.
