Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c. flour
1 c. half and half
Preparation

Cook broccoli in water and bouillon cubes.
Do not drain. Into blender pour milk, cheese and flour.
Process 30 to 45 seconds.
Add this mixture to broccoli, then pour in half and half.
Stir over medium heat until thickens.
