Ritzy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes and drain well.
Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and diced cheese.
Mix well.
Add drained broccoli and pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle with Ritz crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
This may also be fixed and frozen until time to bake.
