French Toast Casserole - cooking recipe

8 slices of bread, cubed
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (cold and cubed)
12 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
additional syrup to serve
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam.
Put bread cubes in; arrange cream cheese around top.
Whip eggs and add milk and maple syrup. Pour over bread cream cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with pitcher of additional syrup.
