Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped or spears)
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 (4 oz.) bag shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    dash of black pepper
    1 small onion, grated or chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish with margarine or butter.
    In a bowl mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion and 1/2 cheese.
    Cook your broccoli according to the directions on the package.
    Add broccoli to the mixture in the bowl, add pepper.
    Pour the mixture in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle other 1/2 cheese on top.
    Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan.
    Mix the stuffing with the butter.
    Pour stuffing over mixture in dish and spread.
    Cook, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
