Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. apples, diced
1 c. pecans
1 c. black walnuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with eggs and salad oil.
Then add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes in tube cake pan or three 8 inch layer pans.
