Rev. Gordon Smith'S "Jailhouse" Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
2 sticks of butter
3 whole eggs
7 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
pkg. dry yeast

Preparation

Mix dry yeast and water.
Mix potatoes, butter and eggs, salt and sugar and blend into flour.
Add yeast water.
Mix well and put into greased bowl.
Cover with a damp cloth and place in refrigerator overnight.
