Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
4 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 c. pared tart apples, chopped

Preparation

Sift flour onto plater or bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat corn oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla at medium speed until well blended.
