Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Oil a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle pecans on bottom.
Layer coconut over pecans.
Mix cake mix according to package directions.
Pour over coconut.
Melt margarine and mix with cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Pour over cake mix.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You may leave in pan or turn out onto board when completely cool.
