Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 (7 oz.) can coconut
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, margarine and baking powder.
    Add well beaten eggs.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes or until coconut is brown or until firm.
    Makes 2 pies. If using frozen pie crust, place pies on cookie sheet to brown crust on bottom.
