Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 Tbsp. plain flour
2 c. milk (I use half and half)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla (I like lemon)
Preparation

Combine ingredients and pour into a slightly baked pie shell. Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
During this 30 minute period, open oven door all the way then close two or three times.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
