Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (about 3 lb.)
    1/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. onion
    1 c. chicken broth
    plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Season chicken and boil with celery and onion until tender. Remove from broth and cool.
    Remove meat from bone and save. Place broth in a large roaster and add enough water to equal 3 to 4 quarts liquid.
