Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, cooked with skins and diced into small pieces
    4 heaping Tbsp. sweet relish
    5 celery stalks, plus heart leaves, chopped into small pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 heaping Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. French's mustard
    Kraft or Hellmann's mayo
Preparation
    Mix together with hands.
    Let stand overnight.
