Spinach Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 doz. wonton wrappers
    5 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
    1/2 c. skim Ricotta cheese
    1/2 egg, lightly beaten (not for filling)
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil (or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    fresh pepper
Preparation
    Place wonton wrappers under moist towel.
    Place all other ingredients, except egg, into food processor.
    Place one wonton wrapper on board, top with 1 to 2 teaspoons spinach/cheese mixture. Brush edges of wonton with egg.
    Top with another wonton and seal edges by pressing them firmly together.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    Serve with sauce of choice.
