Turkey (Chicken) Mac(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey or chicken
    1 1/2 lb. whole wheat macaroni
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 or 3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    4 1/2 c. low-fat spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. yellow, green and red peppers
Preparation
    Brown turkey and onion; salt and pepper.
    Add all ingredients, except macaroni and peppers.
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Mix with turkey mixture.
    Chop peppers and mix well.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
