Mongolian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 flank steak (12 oz.)
    10 whole scallions, trimmed
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cooking wine
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut meat across the grain into thin slices, 2-inches long. Combine soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, sugar, salt, cooking wine, pepper, cooking oil and egg in medium glass or plastic bowl; beat lightly with a fork.
    Mix in meat.
    Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
