Charlotte'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
    16 oz. tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 can water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion
    2 cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onions.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients in a large pot.
    Simmer for 1 hour for full flavor.
    Top with shredded cheese and serve.
