Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large bowl, combine onions and two cans of soup.
In a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (glass works best) add 4 cups of potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Add 1/2 of the soup mixture, top with remaining potatoes, then add balance of soup mixture.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour (consistency will be soupy).
Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer.
Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
