Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. dark syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. lard, melted or corn oil (use less corn oil)
    1 c. pecan meats
Preparation
    Mix milk, eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and lard or corn oil.
    Spread nuts in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 340\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    (Will be a little firm.
    The nuts will be medium brown.)
