Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt (slight)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, removing all skin and bones.
    Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly.
    Chill several hours or overnight. Combine pecans and parsley.
    Shape the salmon mix into a ball or log and roll in the nut mixture.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
