Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 large fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. margarine
2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or 2 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation

Wash and drain mushrooms; remove stems and reserve caps.
Chop stems to make 1 cup.
In medium saucepan, cook stems, onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
Stir in bread crumbs and cheese.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
Arrange mushrooms in 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly and heated through.
