Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
salt (coarse) to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Add honey and salt.
Add flour.
Knead, roll, play and have fun with dough on wax paper until you're ready to cook.
You can make shapes or letters.
Brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with salt (coarse) and bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
