Oli Ole Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bulb garlic, minced or chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. basil
1/4 to 1/2 small can crushed tomatoes
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute garlic, onion and basil in olive oil until transparent, but not brown.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with cooked tortellini, cavetelli or linguini.
