Onion-Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 stick plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 cups Bisquick
    4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    poppy seeds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Saute onion in 2 Tbsp. margarine and allow to cool.
    Mix Bisquick, 2 oz. cheese and eggs.
    Add onion and milk.
    Spread in a 9 x 13 pan.
    Pour 1 stick melted margarine on top.
    Sprinkle lightly with poppy seeds and remaining cheese. Bake until light brown, 20 - 30 minutes.
