Buttery Pineapple Yam Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. pkg. pecans
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
    1 c. cooked mashed yams
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Pulverize pecans in blender.
    Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Beat in undrained pineapple, yams and eggs until mixed.
    Combine pulverized pecans with flour, soda, cinnamon and mace; beat into pineapple mixture until blended.
    Stir in raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Makes two loaves.
