Cherry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipped cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. cherries
pinch of salt
1/2 c. cherry juice
3 Tbsp. butter
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Cream the cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Fold in whipped cream and put in graham cracker crust.
Cook sugar, flour, salt and cherry juice until clear.
Cool about 5 minutes.
Add cherries and butter.
Cool thoroughly.
Place thickened mixture on cream mixture.
Keep refrigerated.
Serves 6.
