Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. shredded carrots
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins (if desired)
Preparation

Sift and mix together the first 4 ingredients.
Mix oil, sugar and eggs; mix well, then add carrots and mix.
Mix in all the dry ingredients, then add the pineapple, nuts and raisins.
Put in a 10 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
