Dessert N.O.S. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. macaroon crumbs
    3 Tbsp. rum
    3 c. heavy cream
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. grated bittersweet chocolate
Preparation
    Sprinkle macaroon crumbs with rum.
    Stir to moisten evenly. Whip the cream.
    Mix in the egg yolks, confectioners sugar, crumb-rum mix and bittersweet chocolate. Place in sherbet glasses or a 4 cup mold and chill.
    This dessert can also be frozen.
