Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, coarsely shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pineapple, crushed and drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick and foamy.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla; beat until thick and foamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add.
    Add walnuts and raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured pan for approximately 1 hour or until tested done.
