Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
Preparation
    Fry
    bacon
    until crisp. Remove from frypan. Add onions, peppers and garlic to bacon drippings. Cook until just tender. Add tomatoes and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are done and sauce thickens.
