Refrigerator Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs, well beaten
    6 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation
    Scald milk and add shortening, potatoes, sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add with the eggs to the potato mixture.
    Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead lightly.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise slightly, about an hour.
    Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
