Layered Crabmeat Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1/4 c. green onion slices
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. imitation crabmeat (or tuna)
1 tsp. dill weed (optional)
4 c. shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. medium shell macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. chopped and seeded cucumber
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, green onions and mustard; set aside.
In a 3-quart serving bowl layer lettuce, shells, cucumber, tomatoes, crabmeat or tuna and peas.
Spread salad dressing mixture over top, sealing to edge of bowl.
Sprinkle with cheese and cover.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Toss and serve.
This is a wonderful \"lite\" meal, especially in the summer.
