Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/3 c. Crisco
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, cutting in shortening.
    Beat egg and add water and vinegar.
    Mix with fork or hands.
    Makes 2 (8-inch) double crusts.
