Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. warm water
3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. honey
2 Tbsp. yeast
5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in
water\twhich
has been placed in large mixing bowl.
Add\tother ingredients.
Using a bread hook, mix for 8 minutes.
Let
rise
until double in bulk.\tLikely 1 1/2 hours. Punch down.
Form
into
2\tloaves\tand place in bread pans.
Let rise until dough is above top of pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
