Camp Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pea or navy beans
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. light molasses
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    3 medium onions, quartered
    1/4 lb. piece salt pork
Preparation
    Wash, cover beans with 5 cups of water.
    Soak 8 hours or overnight.
    Then add 2 cups water, mustard, pepper and next 8 ingredients.
    Boil, covered, about 1 hour or until skins of beans begin to wrinkle.
