Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter or oleo
    3 c. sugar (level)
    6 eggs
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    pinch of salt
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating between each egg.
    Add alternately flour and evaporated milk, starting and ending with flour.
    Line bottom of three greased loaf pans with wax paper.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
