Amish Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 eggs
    1 small onion, quartered
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Process the ingredients in a blender in order given.
    Fry in hot oil.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with applesauce, plum sauce or sour cream.
