Fontenot Crawfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Clean crawfish tails.
    Place in deep dish.
    Add lemon juice and boil for 20 minutes.
    Salt to taste.
    Place in icebox for 30 minutes.
    Serve with piquant sauce.
