Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. shredded or chopped hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated or Velveeta
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients together.
    For topping, mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted margarine together and sprinkle over top of potato mixture.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 plus.
